All standard orders carry a no carriage charge of up to packages of 20kgs. (UK Mainland only) We will advise of added carriage costs for items heavier than this.
Delivery time is 2-3 working days Monday to Friday inclusive for all orders received before 3pm on the previous day.
Some post codes in the following areas will incur an additional charge which will be advised prior to acceptance and delivery of your order: Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Grampian and Highlands Scotland and Scottish Isles.
Orders for Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man and Channel Islands will be charged accordingly to weight and size of each order.
For goods ordered over the weekend or on a bank holiday the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes. If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas shut down period the delivery period may be extended to a later date.
Delivery charges quoted are for the UK only and although we endeavour to deliver the next working day, due to circumstances out of our control we cannot guarantee this.
